How I see things
I worked with people in the business management industry for 25 years. Mostly for PM and marketing. Their biggest struggle? Teams hate the uncertainty and extra efforts that comes with adapting to changes … and leaders suffer hard to mantain objectives alignment.
Inefficiencies eat many of your best hours each week when everyone’s job feels like running in a steeplechase with complex problems to solve at each obstacle. BUT this is only true while you don’t foresee how to save time.
