How is this different from other communication training?
This isn't training: it's a practical tool application session. Participants work on their actual communication challenges, not role-play scenarios. They leave with a structured narrative they can use immediately.

What if my managers are in different locations?
This is an in-site workshop. We can have several workshops in several places. Or we can schedule it wherever you need and whenever you will have your people together. I can travel if you cover my expenses.  

Can we customize the content for our industry or purpose?
Absolutely. The pre-workshop consultation ensures examples and case studies are relevant to your sector (tech, pharma, finance, retail, etc.).

What's the ideal group size?
12-18 is optimal for interaction, but we can accommodate up to 20. Even below 8 participants, the format still holds perfectly.
