This includes individual interviews, team surveys, and analysis of challenges/resistances in the current context for each participating manager.
Expected duration of assessment phase: 1-2 weeks with 2-3 online assessment sessions of 45’.
Custom Curriculum Design:
Based on the assessment, we co-create a bespoke curriculum focusing on 6 key development areas such as:
Core Module 1, Diagnosis of BOTTLENECKS, GAPS and RESISTANCES
We identify frictions or critical aspects and the manager becomes aware of what's draining her power so she can take control of the situation and anticipate time-wasters and workflow blockers
Core Module 2, Definition of STRATEGIC PRIORITIES
Critical thinking guided activity that helps the manager put frictions in order or importance and create a set of lists of TO DOS and NOT TO DOS.
Core Module 3, Design of FEASIBLE STRATEGIES
The manager learns to think strategically as an intrapreneur who sees the path of least resistance, facilitates the behavioural changes of the team needed to achieve the prioritized strategic objectives. The output is to identify 1-5 achievable objectives and define a strategy to achieve them in small feasible steps.
Modules 4-6: CUSTOM FOCUS AREAS
—After this point is the manager who decides which ones of these 3 interventions seem most appropriate for her own current priorities and challenges.
She chooses her curriculum next interventions for FOCUS AREAS 4-6 among this 3 Leadership Development objectives and modules:
Executive Communication & Influence with the intervention titled CLEAR MESSAGES
Design effective messages to connect with her teams and stakeholders with strategic and tactical clarity that facilitates buy-in and influence.

Each plan integrates 1-on-1 executive coaching sessions with me, action learning assignments adapted to her real workflow, digital worksheets and tools modules, Generative AI support, and can also include group workshops.
Dynamic Delivery & Engagement:
Program Duration: Typically, my plans run for 6 to 10 weeks to ensure sustained growth.
Session Frequency: Weekly coaching sessions of 45’ when remote or Bi-weekly 90’ when in-house; Bi-monthly strategic reviews.
Delivery Format: Fully remote via video conferencing, and/or in-person at your premises (hybrid model).
Participants will apply learnings in real-time, with structured accountability and support.
Measurable Outcomes & Reporting:
We track progress through SPECIFIC METRICS, e.g., pre/post assessment scores, team feedback improvements, team performance KPIs.
